Attorneys

Marcia Guzmán, Esq. is a licensed attorney in California exclusively practicing employment law. Attorney Guzmán and her law firm partner, Victoria Tokar, Esq., first established the law firm Attorneys for Workers’ Rights in to serve employees who have been wrongfully terminated or have wage and hour claims. In 2023, GUZMÁN & TOKAR LLP was established by the partners, and the two firms merged together.

Attorney Guzmán worked diligently throughout her school years to graduate with honors. She received her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Southern California, where she participated in several fellowships. Later, she proudly received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.

GUZMÁN & TOKAR LLP believes in helping people with their claims against employers who treat them unfairly and unlawfully. Attorney Guzmán is God-driven and believes in assisting those persons in need to ensure that their rights are heard and protected, and that they have access to legal representation, no matter what their status in life is.

Victoria Tokar, Esq. is a member of the California State Bar. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During law school, Attorney Tokar published a student note and served as chief research editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Attorney Tokar earned a Masters in Library and Information Science with a concentration in law librarianship from the University of Washington in 2019. Attorney Tokar is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and enjoys all things writing and research.
